Permanent Lighting Installation in Bryn Mawr, PA

Game Day Technology automatically syncs your home’s lights to your favorite professional or college team. It reads the team’s game schedule and displays their colors for you. It comes standard with every Haven roofline system. There are no fees or subscriptions for team integration.

Your lights run eight automated scenes through the game: Pre-Game, Game Start Light Show, In-Game, Scoring Light Show, Victory Light Show, Victory Scene, Loss Scene and Post-Game Scene. Each one triggers in real time as the game unfolds. Your home celebrates every score and win without you touching a thing. You can also customize colors, effects and light shows from the iOS or Android app, using any of 16 million colors.

We offer three Haven Lighting roofline systems:

• Evolution: a modern, neon-style look with color-changing capability, at a lower cost than traditional neon.
• Classic: designed to look like the classic roofline lights you know and love, with full color-changing and effect capabilities.
• Genesis: a budget-friendly downlighting option mounted under your roof soffits. A track system conceals the wiring.

All three include Game Day Technology and app control with no recurring subscription costs.

Cost depends on the size of your home, the complexity of the installation, and the light types and number you choose. On average, a permanent installation runs between $3,500 and $10,000.

The upfront cost is higher than temporary lights, but permanent lighting works for every occasion, all year. Add the cost of replacing temporary lights every few years, plus yearly installation and removal, and permanent lighting often costs less in the long run.

We work within your budget to build a custom design, and we give you a free, personalized quote based on your home and the design you want.

They can. The time saved on yearly decorating, plus the added security of permanent lighting, can increase a home’s resale value. Permanent lights add ambiance, and they are also a strategic investment in your home.

• Simplicity and convenience: No yearly untangling, bulb checking, ladders or cold weather. Install once and you’re set for years.
• Energy efficiency: LED bulbs use far less energy than traditional bulbs, which lowers your bills.
• Versatility: Use them all year for any occasion or as a daily display, with custom colors and patterns.
• Durability: Built to withstand harsh weather.
• Safety: Professional installation removes the risk of electrical shocks and falls from ladders.

A guide wire, also called a support cable, is a strong cable, typically stainless steel, that carries the load of your string lights. It matters most for complex designs like a zig-zag pattern over a patio.

The guide wire holds the lights up securely and keeps them from drooping over time. It also bears most of the tension, which reduces stress on the light strings and extends their life.
